All deliveries are from our Warehouse to customers.  For custom prices please contact us. Delivery is made by bundled and boxed through Transport Company at the kerbside.

You must check all goods on arrival. If on a rare occasion you receive the goods damaged you must refuse the delivery.

Signing for the delivery:  All goods need to be signed for, so please supply us with an address where somebody will be in to receive the delivery. Our carriers will not leave the goods without a signature. You have to inspect the goods before signing for delivery. Check the goods and refuse delivery if they are damaged. Please do not sign for goods and then report that they are damaged, as you will have to return the goods at your own expense.

Shipping:  If there is nobody there to sign for the goods: our carrier attempt to deliver to your delivery address twice, and will put an attempted delivery card through your letterbox if nobody is there to sign for the goods. If you are carded twice, then the goods will be sent back to our carrier’s local depot. You will have the option to collect the goods from your local depot or we can arrange for a re-delivery which you will be charged for.  If you choose not to collect the goods or pay for re-delivery, then you will face the 2-way charge. Our carrier charges us for trying to deliver the item and then charge us for returning the item. This charge will be passed onto you.

The delivery address:  We ship all our goods to the delivery address on the customer order, but we can change the address on your ins-truction at the time of order. However, if you decide to change your delivery address after your goods have been dispatched, there will be an extra delivery charge.

 

Returns

Returning an item you have purchased by mistake or are the wrong size:  ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN THE 14 DAYS PERIOD, WITH 30% RESTOCKING FEE.  You will need to provide as much information as you can about the damaged product, in order to be able to refund the goods. However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 14 days from the delivery date. If you do this, a return form must be requested and you must fill it, and enclose it with the returned goods. You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier. We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and if possible with their original packaging. We will refund the total cost of the goods.

Returning an item that has custom-made sizes:  Returns of items with custom-made sizes cannot be accepted

Returning an item that is faulty:  If we have supplied an item that is faulty you have to request a return form and we can arrange the uplift of the goods (please put a copy of the return form with the goods). In these circumstances, we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred.

Returning an item that we have supplied incorrectly:  If we have supplied an item incorrectly we will arrange the uplift of the goods and have the correct item reordered for you at the same time. You have to request a return form, which you need to fill in and send it back with the goods that are being returned.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
